1. The accessories of ozone generator for quartz tube surface discharge consist of two parts, one is ozone tube for surface discharge and the other is an ozone high-voltage and high-frequency power supply.

2. Composition and characteristics of surface discharge quartz tube: the inner electrode adheres tightly to the inner wall of quartz tube, the outer electrode 304 stainless steel mesh firmly stabilizes on the outer wall of quartz tube, and the quartz tube is made of silica quartz sand with dielectric material content of over 99.7%. The main characteristics of quartz tube are high dielectric constant maturity, good dielectric toughness and not bad during transportation. The thermal expansion coefficient is low, and the normal service life is greater than 8000 hours.

Quartz tube surface discharge ozone generator fittings are mainly used for air sterilization and purification. One or more sets of equipment can be installed. It is the main core component of air treatment ozone machine. The gas source can be rich in oxygen or air. This generator is suitable for harsh environment, such as humid environment. The dust in the air can be used and the dust on the surface of the ozone tube can be cleaned regularly.


Equipment installation instructions

Step 1: High voltage power supply and ozone tube are installed on the insulating board, which is fixed in the cabinet. Attention should be paid to the installation of ozone tube and high voltage power supply. The distance between ozone tube and high voltage power supply and metal cabinet shell is more than 3 cm (if the high voltage part is too close to the metal cabinet shell, it may form high voltage eddy current, which may affect the use or even damage), and ozone tube installation. Located in the convective air space on the chassis, it ensures that the fan on the working machine can blow to the surface wire mesh of the ozone tube, and ensures that the external electrode of the ozone tube is air-cooled and stable. The greater the wind force, the better the stability of the product.

The second step: If there is more dust in the environment space, we need to do some dust-proof treatment in the air inlet to avoid too much dust adhering to the discharge surface, affecting the discharge effect.

Part 3: Inspection circuit: High voltage lines on three ozone tubes are connected in parallel to two high voltage lines of high voltage power supply. When installing, cut the high-voltage wire as short as possible according to the location of the installation, so as to avoid the high-voltage wire touching other lines or objects in the chassis. If conditions permit, the high-voltage wire can be sleeved on the silica gel tube with an inner diameter of 8 mm, so as to make it safer. Other circuits, especially the connection lines of digital display electronic devices, should not be close to the high-voltage part (high-voltage package, high-voltage wire, ozone tube), otherwise the high-voltage may interfere with its normal use function.
