Product structure specification

1. Ceramic tube 20G/H ozone generator accessories consist of two parts: ceramic ozone tube and high voltage power supply.

2. Composition and characteristics of ceramic tube: 316L stainless steel inner electrode, aluminium alloy heat sink outer electrode, 99.8% silicon dioxide ceramic tube high purity dielectric material, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fluorine sealant original parts combined, water-cooled inner electrode, air-cooled outer electrode, water-cooled interface is pagoda structure, which can be connected by 8MM inner diameter pipe, and 8.8% inner diameter gas nozzle. MM anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation hose is connected (fluorine hose). The main characteristics of ceramic tube generator are high dielectric constant, low thermal expansion coefficient and maximum gas pressure of 0.2 MPA. The normal life span is usually 20 thousand hours.

3. Composition and characteristics of high-voltage power supply: PCB circuit with frequency conversion and voltage conversion and vacuum epoxy high-voltage package; main features are: IGBT driving, automatic/manual frequency bandwidth, slow start-up, (limiting surge current), power supply overvoltage protection, power converter overheating protection, output short circuit, circuit breaking protection, acoustooptic warning. Circuit anti-interference, Moisture-proof, anti-corrosion design, and flexible according to customer requirements for PLC (0-5V cargo 4-20mA) control or different power supply voltage setting function, normal service life of more than 8K hours.

4. Spare parts on high voltage power supply:

A/potentiometer: The main function is to adjust the output power of ozone power supply, thereby changing the concentration and output of ozone output, clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to reduce;

B/High Voltage Wire and High Voltage Ground Wire: High Voltage Wire is independently drawn from the high voltage package. The diameter of high voltage silica gel wire is about 5MM. It needs to be connected to the radiator of the ozone tube when installed. High Voltage Ground Wire is a yellow-green wire connected from the PCB circuit board, and it needs to be connected to the electrode (water-cooled end) of the ozone tube when installed.

C/Power Terminals: Two wiring cores and a plastic wiring plug are welded and inserted into the socket of PCB circuit board to work.

5. The power supply is driven by positive and negative voltage, starting the Non-Surge current slowly, and the frequency is not changed when the potentiometer regulates the power.


Instructions for equipment use

TS-20GA ceramic tube ozone generator fittings are mainly used in 20-80G/H high concentration ozone machine. One or more sets of equipment can be installed, such as two sets of 40G/H ozone machine. It is the main core component of ozone machine. Oxygen or air can be used as the source of gas supply. It can be used in places where ozone is needed for sterilization or purification. It is generally used in water treatment. Its superior workmanship, stability of electrical parameters and long service life have been well received by the vast number of users.


Equipment installation instructions

Step 1: High-voltage power supply and ozone tube are installed on the insulating board (non-conductive material, thickness of 3MM or more). The insulating board is fixed in the cabinet. It should be noted that the ozone tube is more than 3cm away from the cabinet shell and the high-voltage power supply is more than 5cm away from the metal cabinet shell (if the high-voltage part is too close to the metal cabinet shell, it may be possible. The ozone tube is installed in the convective air space of the cabinet to ensure that the fan on the working machine can blow to the radiator of the ozone tube and ensure the stability of the air-cooling of the outer electrode of the ozone tube.

Step 2: Installation of cooling water: The water-cooling nozzle of ozone pipe can enter and exit at any end. The outer diameter of the water-cooling nozzle is 10MM, and is connected with a hose with an inner diameter of 8-10MM. The water temperature is not higher than 30 degrees, the flow rate is more than 4L/MIN.  Cooling water can be cooled by circulating water or by external cooling. Easy installation.

Step 3: Installation of inlet and ozone outlet: the nozzle of ozone tube can be accessed at any end, and the material of intake tube can be connected with silica gel tube or PC hose, and the outlet can be connected with antioxidant tube (tetrafluoro tube, fluoro rubber tube, etc.), requiring no air leakage, and the gas of intake of ozone tube can be accessed. Whether it is oxygen or air, we should ensure that the gas is clean and dry, the temperature should not be higher than 45 degrees, and the humidity should not be greater than 65%.

Part IV: Potentiometer installation, potentiometer installed on the control panel of the case shell, convenient for users to adjust and use.

Step 5: Check the line: After connecting the high-voltage wire and the high-voltage ground wire to the ozone pipe, try to connect the high-voltage wire with the shortest distance. The high-voltage wire length is about 40CM when the accessories leave the factory. When installing, cut the high-voltage wire as short as possible according to the location of the installation, so as to avoid the high-voltage wire touching other lines or objects in the cabinet. If the conditions are available, high voltage protection can be strengthened by using a silicone tube sleeve with an inner diameter of 8MM. Other lines, especially electronic devices with digital display.
