1. Ceramic tube 8G/H ozone generator accessories consist of two parts: ceramic ozone tube and high voltage adjustable power supply.

2. Composition and characteristics of ceramic tube: 316L stainless steel inner electrode, aluminium alloy heat sink outer electrode, ceramic tube made of dielectric material, PTFE and fluorine sealant original parts are combined, inner and outer electrodes are air-cooled, gas nozzles are connected by 6MM anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation hose (fluorine hose), the main characteristics of ceramic tube generator are introduced. High dielectric constant, good dielectric toughness, low coefficient of thermal expansion and maximum gas pressure up to 0.2 MPA should not be damaged during transportation. The normal life span is usually 20 thousand hours.

3. Composition and characteristics of high-voltage power supply: vacuum epoxy high-voltage package; main features are: output short circuit, circuit breaking protection, circuit anti-interference, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion design, normal service life of more than 8K hours.

TS-8GAKFS ceramic tube ozone generator fittings are the main core components of ozone machine. Oxygen and air can be used as the source of gas supply. They can be used in places where ozone sterilization or purification is needed. They are generally used in water treatment. Their excellent workmanship, stability of electrical parameters and super long life have been consistently praised by the vast number of users.


Equipment installation instructions

Step 1: High voltage power supply and ozone tube are installed on the insulating board, which is fixed in the cabinet. Attention should be paid to the installation of ozone tube and high voltage power supply. The distance between ozone tube and high voltage power supply and metal cabinet shell is more than 3 cm (if the high voltage part is too close to the metal cabinet shell, it may form high voltage eddy current, which may affect the use or even damage), and ozone tube installation.  Located in the convective air space on the engine case, ensure that the fan on the working machine can blow to the radiator of the ozone tube, and ensure that the external electrode of the ozone tube is air-cooled and stable.

Step 2: Installation of inlet and ozone outlet: the nozzle of ozone tube can be accessed at any end, and the material of intake tube can be connected with silica gel tube or PC hose. The outlet can be connected with antioxidant tube (tetrafluoro tube, fluorine rubber tube, etc.), requiring no air leakage, and the gas of intake of ozone tube can be accessed. Whether it is oxygen or air, we should ensure that the gas is clean and dry, the temperature should not be higher than 45 degrees, and the humidity should not be greater than 70%.

The third part: Check the line: after the high-voltage line is connected to the ozone tube, the high-voltage line should be connected as short as possible. The high-voltage line length is about 25CM when the accessories leave the factory. When installed, the high-voltage line should be cut short and connected as far as possible according to the installation position, so as to avoid the high-voltage line touching other lines or objects in the cabinet, if conditions permit. You can use a silicone tube with an inner diameter of 8MM to make it safer. Other circuits, especially the connection lines of digital display electronic devices, should not be close to the high-voltage part (high-voltage package, high-voltage wire, ozone tube), otherwise the high-voltage may interfere with its normal use function.


The connection between ozone tube and high voltage power supply is illustrated.

There is a spring welded by a high voltage wire on the power supply, which connects the spring welded high voltage wire to the electrode in the ozone tube.

First, insert the spring into the hollow part of the ozone tube, and then insert the spring into the approximately central position of the ozone tube with a screwdriver.
