1. Quartz tube 7G/H ozone generator accessories consist of two parts: Quartz ozone tube and high voltage adjustable power supply.

2. Composition and characteristics of quartz tube: inner electrode 316L stainless steel, outer electrode aluminium alloy radiator, silicon dioxide quartz tube with dielectric material content over 99.7%, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fluorine sealant original parts combined, inner and outer electrode air-cooled, air nozzle connected with anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation hose with inner diameter of 6MM (fluorine hose), quartz. The main characteristics of the tube generator are high dielectric constant, good dielectric toughness, low thermal expansion coefficient and maximum gas pressure up to 0.1 MPA. The normal life span is usually 12 thousand hours.

3. 4. Spare parts on high voltage power supply:

B/High Voltage Wire and High Voltage Ground Wire: High Voltage Wire is a white silica gel wire with a thickness of about 4MM. When installed, the spring welded on the high voltage wire should be inserted into the hollow part of the electrode in the ozone tube; High Voltage Ground Wire is a yellow-green wire connected from the PCB circuit board, and the outer electrode of the ozone tube should be connected with aluminum alloy when installed. On the terminals of the heat sink.

C/Power Terminals: Two wiring cores and a plastic wiring plug are welded and inserted into the socket of PCB circuit board to work.

Instructions for equipment use

TS-7GCKT quartz tube ozone generator fittings are mainly used in 7 high concentration ozone machine. One or more sets of equipment can be installed, such as two sets of 14G/H ozone machine. It is the main core component of ozone machine. Oxygen or air can be used as the source of gas supply. It can be used in places where ozone is needed for sterilization or purification. It is generally used in water treatment. Its superior workmanship, stability of electrical parameters and long service life have been well received by the vast number of users.


Equipment installation instructions

Step 1: High voltage power supply and ozone tube are installed on the insulating board, which is fixed in the cabinet. Attention should be paid to the installation of ozone tube and high voltage power supply. The distance between ozone tube and high voltage power supply and metal cabinet shell is more than 3 cm (if the high voltage part is too close to the metal cabinet shell, it may form high voltage eddy current, which may affect the use or even damage), and ozone tube installation. Located in the convective air space on the engine case, ensure that the fan on the working machine can blow to the radiator of the ozone tube, and ensure that the external electrode of the ozone tube is air-cooled and stable.

Step 2: Installation of inlet and ozone outlet: the nozzle of ozone tube can be accessed at any end, and the material of intake tube can be connected with silica gel tube or PC hose. The outlet can be connected with antioxidant tube (tetrafluoro tube, fluorine rubber tube, etc.), requiring no air leakage, and the gas of intake of ozone tube can be accessed. Whether it is oxygen or air, we should ensure that the gas is clean and dry, the temperature should not be higher than 45 degrees, and the humidity should not be greater than 70%.

The third part: potentiometer installation, potentiometer installed in the case of the control panel, user-friendly adjustment and use.

Step 5: Check the line: After connecting the high-voltage wire and the high-voltage ground wire to the ozone pipe, we should try to connect the high-voltage wire with the shortest distance. When the accessories leave the factory, the high-voltage wire length is about 25CM. When installing, we should cut the high-voltage wire short and connect it according to the installation position, so as to avoid the high-voltage wire touching other lines or objects in the cabinet. If the conditions are available, high voltage wire can be made of silicone tube with a diameter of 8MM to make it safer. Other circuits, especially the connection lines of digital display electronic devices, should not be close to the high-voltage part (high-voltage package, high-voltage wire, ozone tube), otherwise the high-voltage may interfere with its normal use function.
